RENEWING MEMBERS & NON-MEMBERS

It is important to note, this conference is only open to current members of AIS. You must join or renew your AIS membership prior to registering for the conference.

Please Note: If you will be joining or renewing your AIS membership your registration payment and membership dues will be processed separately. Please look to receive a separate receipt for each transaction.

FULL CONFERENCE PASS DETAILS

The full conference registration includes attendance to all conference sessions and exhibits, the Welcome Reception and Social Event tickets, conference breakfast & lunch (on the designated days) and refreshment breaks. 
 

GUEST PASSES

Guest Full Package Tickets and Guest Individual Event Tickets are available for purchase by any conference registrant. The Guest Full Package Ticket includes a printed badge, all meals, and access to all evening events. A guest individual event ticket includes access to the Welcome Reception only or the Social Event only. Both guest ticket options will be available for purchase during the registration process or you may purchase them at the conference.

*Please note guests tickets do not include access to any educational sessions.
 

INSTITUTIONAL MEMBER

If you are an AIS Institutional or Joint AIS/SIM Institutional Member and will be using your University’s complimentary conference registration for ICIS 2013, please contact the AIS Member Service Center at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Once you receive your promotional code, you may enter it during your online registration to receive the complimentary rate or provide it on the paper registration form. 
 

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fees are in US Dollars. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including workshop speakers, paper presenters, session moderators and conference committee members.

Please Note: The conference registration rates do not include AIS membership fees. Your membership fee and conference registration are processed separately.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER COMPLETING YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

You should receive two emails to the address provided during your conference registration immediately after your online registration has been completed.

YOU MAY DOWNLOAD A COPY OF YOUR CONFERENCE RECEIPT AT ANY TIME; TO DO SO:
  • Log into your AIS profile using your Username and Password
  • Select the "manage profile" link found in the right sidebar
  • Select the "Invoices" link found in the Invoicing, Payments & History section
  • From the filter by status drop down list; please select "Any Status"
  • Then select the "view/print invoice" icon

SUBSTITUTION and CANCELLATION POLICY

Substitutions for current AIS members are permitted at no additional fee; please send your request in writing to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or fax to 404-240-0998 by December 3, 2013; after this date all substitutions must be completed onsite.

Request for cancellation must be in writing via email, fax or mail and are subject to the following schedule:

  • Received by October 8, full refund less $25 administrative fee;
  • Received between October 9–December 3, full refund less $50 administrative fee;
  • Cancellation request received on December 4 or later will not be eligible to receive a refund; the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee.
